    I'm on the fence on this one. I can't remember what Botox cost back at the launch but I remember my Mum had it (she's a pensioner) for Bell's Palsy and it should have cost her quite a bit more than it is these days.

    IF it gets approved in the US then yes, the insurance companies will cover it but it all depends how useful it is in treating genuine disease. That has yet to be answered.

    IMO, the off-label use is really the key point. If it takes an extra few years to become blockbuster then I'm ok with that. With the FDA dragging their feet on everything I am a little worried we'll miss the window of opportunity this year.

    On the plus side, there have been many recommendations (I think even in the Obama Healthcare reform plan) to limit tanning bed use for teens etc. What's the bet that every wealthy teen kid in the US has PLE etc etc
