Insurance companies will as you know not cover it for PLE if PLE is not an approved indication. No insurance coverage for off-label usage - and that's were the value is IMO.

If it is really priced that high, I think some of you are greatly overestimating how many off-label sales there would be even among the rich. Remember, many people still use tanning booths - which while not a good idea - is a fact. I've see them all over town still.
The investment thesis has changed dramatically for me. Like many others, I invested in the technology (before this mgmt team) and thought this would be around $300 for an implant and would be a monster in sales a few years after release.
Wish I could go back in time to 2007.
Like you said Litch, we know could really get screwed by the FDA if they delay this too much longer - we could conceivably have to wait until the following spring/summer.
What does the FDA need? For God's sake, it is already done with a Phase III in Europe! Any idiot can see the drug has been proven to be safe by now.
This is another reason why Wolgen should have gotten the IND done sooner. I think they were a little to obsessive compulsive with that.
