All4one please don't become cynical. I have been that woman struggling with a toddler and a buggy tipped over from the shopping hung on the back. I had people walk past and ignore my predicament and it is soul destroying. I would have welcomed your offer of help, and despite those two ladies you met, I am sure there are many more like me who would consider you an angel.
