Note sure why they call them accident, it usually cause by some one doing some thing stupid and/or stuffing up.
Recall one guy who was right up behind me looking like he was in a hurry and trying to get past, I was doing the limit. Hit the brakes a little and I could see him cursing me then got right up behind again so I hit the brakes a little again. Well I could see he was going off nut and to my surprise got right up behind me again. I thought to myself, this guy is a bit of a slow learner so this time I hit the brakes harder. He must have finally worked out that if he ran into the back of me he would be at fault and backed off.
One of my pet peeves is people sitting in the right hand lane and going slow, getting in front of them and slowing right down usually gets them
