Any one truly believe that this is not a ramp. Look at the buy and the underpinning 1 mill buyer.
Based on PRR very dubious past history you should not get sucked into this ramp.
Expect to see an announcement soon (it is usually within 5 business days of the ramp action)
You would have to be a fool to believe this is anything more than pure manipulation.
