Tough question - my biggest issue is having the religious beliefs (either truly held or espoused in the thought that it will win votes) of politicians forced onto my life through their policy decisions. If I wanted a moral lesson then I would seek the advice of a philosopher or a religious rep. not a politician.
There are numerous examples of such force fed impacts in the medical field: IVF and gender selection, euthenasia etc etc.
Anyway we have freedoms until they start impacting other's freedoms and that is just the way it is - so no freedom unless you wish to live on your own.
