Jimmy, Awesome and Chawkey, whilst I applaud the tenor and sentiments of your posts above, and agree with much of what has been said, there are a few minor points where we disagree. (and i do admit, they are minor).
Jimmy, US investors are pretty insular and would have very little knowledge of the Aussie market. Most could not name 2 or 3 Aussie listed companies, whereas we have a much broader knowledge of their market. They have more stringent regulations for investing in overseas companies as well. Hence the importance of listing on the NASDAQ in order to gain exposure.
Why is that exposure important to PRR shareholders? Well the Aussie market is historically bad at valueing Biotechs. US investors have a much greater and longer experience in this area (as we have with mining/resource co's) and generally ascribe a higher P/E valuation to earnings. Consequently we will see a higher market cap/SP if listed in the US.
Finally Chawkey, you need to keep in mind that Cvac is not a cancer prevention treatment. It is a treatment that will hopefully extend the period and quality of life for sufferers. It's an important distinction.
