the mining permit wont be dificult as Deflector will be classified as Abandoned or Suspended, plus the Heritage and Enviro is in place as far as Im aware

previous announcements suggested updated BFS then followed by finance so we would be very close, also there may be an offtake agreement for the consentrate, previous statements indicated 7.5mil may be paid to MYG from the customer to help with setup.

so possible announcemnets over the next few weeks could include
1) mining permit approved
2) finance approved
3) offtake agreemnet reached
4) white well mining permit approved, comes with $525,000 payment from cobra
4) details of new exploration program
5) award of mining contracts
6) updated timeline for mining
