Imagine this: ten thousand investors are owed seven hundred and fifty million dollars. They all have the facility of an internet forum to exchage views and information about their plight.
Out of the 10,000, at the most 150 check the internet forum. And at the most, about 25 actually contribute. No wonder that there is an information drought.
