    FAS is offering dubious resources and scrip - you cant make sense of the offer and so you cant make sense of FAS as people.

    GWR is proving up a large resource.
    Geoff Wedlock is widely respected and will bring in institutional support - of that i have no doubt.

    All FAS brings is uncertainty.
