They changed it about 6-7 months ago...
I saw the evidence and upgraded approach on the site tour and reported exactly that.
They expanded with CRE purchase and now consolidating in line with sound business practice. They need to stabilize and prove they have for market acceptance of the CRE purchase.
Ground position upside will come slower but will be the most exciting IMO.
