The onus is on Blue Sky to disprove. That's what the market has said (look at the SP)
The BLA line of 'why doesnt Glaucus come in and we can explain our strategy that is too confidential for the market' is nonsense.
Its either confidential and no one knows or it isnt and everyone should know. This middle ground is a furphy. How can it be a fair market is some people close to the company have a better view than everyone else in the market?
No way Blue sky can remain public of that's the line they persist with
