Who could replace AB?, page-2

Nobody.

I would nominate David Ball to take the CEO position as he knows the industry inside out, has had the gumption to stump up some of his own money for shares, is personable, articulate, well respected in the industry, has the ambition to succeed on our behalf, presents well on camera, and knows how to correctly do up a tie.

However nobody should remove AB. His knowledge of Newsat, and his contact base should not be lost. Never throw the baby out with the bath water.

AB would complement DB exceptionally well in an advisory role. His contact base is probably his [and our] biggest asset and in starting to bring in some of the "massive pipeline of sales" that contact base would be invaluable. He can open doors nobody else can.

Move AB to where he would be of much more benefit to us but replace him - No!!
