What you say about 63c being a cap seems true while the status quo remains but there are two future possibilities which would quickly wipe out that cap. They are the restoration of dividends or another buyback bid. I think the Board should be fairly aware now that they cannot get 75 percent of the CMIPC vote in support of a buyback priced at 63 cents or anything near that price. Sure, Trojan Investments is happy to go at that price but many of us are not.
