was just reading a successful class action claims by shareholders with Centro -
"Centro had failed to disclose short term liabilities by classifying them as non-current liabilities. Shareholders suffered significant losses when this error was subsequently revealed, which triggered the class action claims against Centro, its directors and independent auditor."
It is now apparent that Exley's forecast is missing some vital info imo.
