Rally helped by reports China expects to end tax breaks for concentrate imports; news of strike at Peruvian zinc-lead mine Atacocha, closure of third largest smelter in China. Sydney trader believes smelter news insignificant given plentiful capacity; says rally on strike could be 'buy rumor sell fact' situation, wants further details. Short-term price direction uncertain; long-term outlook for metal positive, even though current price levels "stupid," he says, searching back through mists of time to find similar price. "Zinc's going to go higher than aluminum. please do your own research 3.5 and am still holdin on to them shares of mine.now come on get the capital and will travel.
