What have the others achieved to deserve another 10m each in options after gifting themselves so many millions when they signed up plus their salaries? Job well done, you only burnt a million bucks with next to nothing to show for it. Have some more money.
As pointed out, where is the performance incentive to get things done sooner rather than later when the options expire in 5 years and only +50% 60d vwap? Make it a year or two and double digits and I might be interested. They are still getting paid either way. What is being suggested is utterly ludicrous.
