traders are in and out daily and this facilitates the cappers putting pressure on sp
if you buy in on a sliding market say 75c yesterday... cappers can dump a lot on at 73 74c etc and if you have to get out you have to join the queue behind them putting pressure on you.
I say buy what you want to hold and take the bot buying out of play!! thats when these big players cannot force you into a market sale because you need to sell
