In theory, yes. But i question whether weed grown in Aus can compete with the large scale producers all around the world who can readily supply it NOW and at a much smaller cost to business.
Its really bad timing. Medicinal marijuana is a very small market here and recreational use is still a way off, due to antiquated political ideologies at the State and federal level.
