This does not appear to be the case at COE as there has been a lot of bot traded shares over an extended period without a major NOTICE OF CHANGE OF INTERESTS OF SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER since 25 March; in which case it is the day traders at work - botting the ASX and ramping up/down on forums such as HC then going on holidays to the Maldives...
