This was incorrect

Perfectstage incessently stated that Range had not made any monthly payments to the puntland government.

The quarterly shows they did.

As for the the ramping... I'm glad that the madness has subsided a little. Its easy to get caught up in the hype. I remember in july when i suggested that maybe sam jonah wouldn't appear at the ADU conference unless a JV was signed, and all of a sudden it became gospel, and everyone forgot where the rumour originated etc. Pretty funny actually.

anyway. I hope something happens today. It has been a long wait and an emotional rollercoaster.
