    If the foreign entity has registered a sub company in Australia it would arguably be protected by the legal fiction of companies being individuals

    It is because of this legal fiction that individuals at the top of a company often escape prosecution for their actions .Where they have been prosecuted it is because the individual concerned broke a specific law eg chistopher skase
