alternatively, they could sell off more assets to the Chinese? They may even decide to sell off the top end!
Or, take a loan from China that we can’t pay back, and China ultimately takes control.
with all this cash splashing, I am reminded of the ussr going broke at the end of the Cold War and then breaking up....(this could happen to the USA too)
