Started with the Aboriginal welfare recipients with alcohol problems and was then offered to those on benefits who weren't coping with their bills. Now Andrew Forrest is pushing for all recipients on benefits, of working age, have their meagre money limited to what the government dictates. They will have no cash access and will therefore be limited to buying their food and clothes at government dictated shops. No farmers markets there. No privacy.

All done under the guise of discrimination against those already forced to live with the government knowing how they spend every cent of their meagre benefits.

This will affect disabled and carers as well. Aged pension will follow, as well as all those receiving any benefits at all - low income supplement and parents come to mind. Even a tax return could come into the picture. Step by step until everyone, but the dictatorial class, is affected.
