Chrysalis, I am a big supporter of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and like my taxes going to helping people with genuine disabilities. They have no need for alcohol and cigarettes. I am sure getting alcohol and cigarettes would be the last thing on the mind of the boy and his mum and the least of their worries.
