@LoadedDog - people have their own firm views on what is healthy and what is not, all formed in childhood, often unconsciously.
I learnt to trust our family doctor, even though i suffered a number of childhood diseases!
Nowadays, I don't go on trust only, have my own questions ready, read up on 'stuff' have home remedies, also from childhood, where my Mum cured a raging fever with water/vinegar packs on the soles of my feet - (brings temperature down almost immediately) - vinegar is a great remedy all round, should also be taken in your food, in your salads (good wine vinegar or apple cider made into a nice 'vinaigrette' - but Nordic people in general go for 'sweet') - and little sugar!!! - bone soups are important, can be made with good quality chicken, too - and plenty of good rest or sleep, if at all possible - exercise, fresh air -
and plenty of laughs with good friends/lovers/acquaintances etc. etc.
reading some threads on HC can be unhealthy but also hilarious smile.pngbiggrin.pngsneaky.png
    Go well
