the conversion price is supposed to be based on a 10 day vwap, not on the closing prices
vwap calcs are likely this weeks and next weeks trading, the market is closed on the day of the meeting, it's not a public holiday in WA
vwaps so far (4/10) are pointing towards share conversion close to 0.326c based on 80% of average to date

Wednesday 0.40
Thursday 0.39
wouldn't surprise if The Next Small Cap send out a note around the time of conversion to clear some overhang
