I commented on the options in another thread a little before your post (my post was no 7331603) so didn't reply in this thread. It is obscene that CEO's are sometimes "made whole" when the SP drops. More options issued at a lower price to make up for out of the money options. No risk for the CEO. No handout for shareholders of course.

I only commented because it is a general issue for some other companies as well. Shareholders need to stand up against this sort of stuff.
