Slats, the financial reports had been done but they had not been submitted as verified by an auditor. The auditor has refused to sign them off. Its referenced in all the links on HSU in past few days.
I would say that the catch here is that you cant persecute or convict on un audited reports and that over the following days we would probably see independent auditors being asked by police to audit the reports.
If anything is untoward it will bring down a number of union accountants i would imagine.
