    I'd be interested to hear from any BON shareholders who have not yet accepted.

    Do you intend to accept and if so how many shares?

    I have 1.65M shares (0.85%) and will accept which will take it to at least 48.5%.

    If there are other BON share holders totaling 3M shares or more who intend to accept then it's over the line.
