    I see no reason to accept at this stage. Quite happy to sit outside MAK if they don't get much past 50%. As a recent buyer browny you must be a bit disappointed with the current direction of the MAK/BON tie. Still could turn out ok for you but will you be taking a short term loss in accepting?
