If you've followed Moly's copy cat Anns. you'd know they are as jealous as hell. They even went and "found" HREE in their carpark after one Duncan Ann!
One of Moly's great weaknesses is placing a very large amount of Ce & La and Lynas beat them to a lot of off take agreements.
Don't want to get into the conspiracy thing too much but Moly does have the motivation and queries remain re their business plan.
