appeal today for all holders to vote; they acknowledge the vote is close, but what they really mean is that not likely to get up unless more holders vote ; YES.

i would urge all holders to vote; NO

CP2 state they will not increase the offer, but they would know if the acceptances are running against them and either waste their money and time or offer us more.

i am happy to hold longer term and expect 80c in the next couple of years, with increasing div.
