Does anyone know what happens to the Intellectual property if the company goes down?
Were these matters of confidentiality or does the US and AUS governments have first claim to these because of national interest or whatever policy they want to call it?
If they really want the technology, total control of the company would probably be the only path they would want to take, to risky any other way.
Maybe this die was cast along time ago when MST were forced (if my understanding is correct into certain agreements of confidentiality). From then on they were not entirely free agents, limiting the scope of their potential market.
If I am on the right page the company survives but the ownership changes hands and the shareholders are left holding the small change.
