You are dead right topdad, the US and Australian Governments can seize the IP at any time they like, those who claim rights to the patents value will have to fight the US government in court, the Australian government is more obliging, they say they would pay fair value for the IP.

Like you said though the machinations behind all of this started some time ago, I don't think they would let the company go into bankruptcy, because that would stop any development further, but more importantly it would take years of legal argument on who owns what and would basically stop any manufacturing before all the legals were decided, and they don't want that, they need the weapons asap, what they are doing is gaining FULL control of the company, they will decide who gets what.

I don't really care if they want to call themselves a Filipino owned company,one that is registered in Hong Kong as a British Virgin Island shelf company, who cares so long as the money comes,the shares they are snavelling up will NEVER be on the market again!
