    Institutional or Sophisticated....one needs prospectus the other does'nt...one needs a broker the other does'nt

    If the placement is a result of interest gained from os presentations,then its likely to be institutional and little or no broker fees. Then a small raising of say $5 mil should be positive for the stock price
