Under the present consent to allow Mega to refurbish and mine the Graphite at Uley, what percentage of revenue comes back to SER sh,s the agreement says 1.5 per cent royalties, but as that agreement has not been completed is there another arrangement in place to split revenue,the other ratio of split could be 80% + 1.5% to SER sh,s but as Mega have to date only paid one seventieth of the promised amount for Uley i think that should be their share, or am i being unreasonable, this is all of course depends on Mega getting Uley up and running as promised. A long time ago it seems now i put up a deal or no deal post, i,ve kept an eye on this story and nothing has changed my point of view stated then, ie if Mega can,t deliver, walk away SER as the Graphite story has grown and grown enormously put it back on the market and don,t accept iou,s this time.
