    Hi rawp

    Page 4 of "Annual report 2009" released by JPR today states "around 75% of existing shareholders" took up full entitlement and in many cases applied for additional shares as well. So while totally oversubscribed, I would think there should be some "shortfall shares" to be distributed later.
