who got valley longwall ?

I see a one liner on AFR that valley may have gone to the Chinese, as i'm not subscribed to that can anyone confirm or deny please. Or is it just rumoured at this stage.

It seems that IDL have put on a few cents in last two days with the market expecting they fell out of the race, as said prior idl will only buy at the right price, and debt repayment will push their shares higher.
