I see this as positive for IDL as they can now decide if they pay down debt with the 50 mill in cash they raised recently. Stick to their business model and keep growing.

I wonder as china buy more and more companies if this comes a treat as they will want to support their own companies first. I guess they got a bargain on Valley as it was undisclosed amount.

I guess they might pick up a few smaller companies with the funds but i think it prudent to pay down debt, already we have seen the stock life .16c in a few days as the info on valley got out there.
