Thinking about this , we should that that post. What it clearly indicates that NC will not take a single bit of BS and make his staff (especially) sales accountable. This is wonderful.
Most CEO would just be doing the bear min, making their senior leaders carry the load. All those posts showed me was that, don't cross the guy , do your job, and yes he listens to his shareholders
This was wonderful insight, and it strengthens my love for AJX.
I also agree, if only NC woke up to knowing about these post, he would loose his poop HA! I bet he would also go after it as well.
Anyway, this was actually the post/thread of the day. Just supported what I already thought about the passion and drive.
Oh, one last thing. I've met his team twice now, and they love him! No question they poop their pants when NC is fired up, but they love him! Says a lot about a leader , wouldn't you say?
