This could be the day .. and a close above $2.50 would be the start of serious blue sky IMHO. Weekly "updates" on drilling have actually been "approved" by WPL .. so there is a chance we may see the first today but only IF Sotto has started.
I fired off an email to Simon yesterday having a whinge about the lack of information .. and will follow that up with a call today ... nothing like a whingeing shareholder to get the day off to a good start for a busy CEO!!!
