I have spent some time researching who has been accumulating AEJ.

It Started with a Matthew Bartley who then sold to Nexif Pte Ltd. It is interesting to learning that Bartley and Nexif are related parties. On top of this Bartley is a Co-Owner of InfraCo. Website: http://www.infracoasia.com/about.asp

They appear to be developers and financiers of Infrastructure. It appears that they have some kind of interest in AEJ!

I suggest that they have been accumulating AEJ shares and are engaged with the two major shareholders with respect to a possile exit strategy. They may also be an interested party to drop equity into AEJ and hence the reason for accumulating shares. Interesting times ahead!
