The baseless article makes some loose comment about Victoria, which if in the unlikely event is true, has nothing to do with the rest of the country. Also the article is posted here by someone with no history and a likely interest to manipulate interest in or attitude towards the stock. Pay zero attention to such claims coming from new HC accounts.
