Quick court update - the trial has been moved to 14 August at Yowies request. On the basis that the courts list seemed to be full (?) during the scheduled trial period and because Whetstone had failed to comply with the notice to compel responses to interrogatories.
Yowie has filed a 2nd notice to compel. Whetstone might be in trouble as failure to comply with a court order may be contempt of court.
