    The way I read it, if CDE want it they have to.

    I think directors may have underestimated the displeasure this decision will cause within their shareholders. Thankfully thats not me now - I had a significant stake but have finished selling out of it this morning.

    Good luck to all holders, hope things go better for you than my view of BSG's future is.
