Sadly, there is every reason for BSG to track CDE as that is what the deal our so-called directors agreed to adn then made scared by giving up a call on their combined 20%.

Will be very happy to be proved wrong on this but also would take some perverse compensation seeing the deal fail and the call exercised, although I expect the directors have some favourable exit strategy/parachute that shareholders dont.

It always pays to remember that even though they all have squillions of shares, they have acummulated at a far lower cost than mug shareholders.
