you raise good points. I have held onto these as the word DRAFT legislation is important , the fact is it is still in draft form.
Infact i am stopping myself from buying more, cos i feel it may dip back lower, as it is on 200 day MA on a 3 and 5 year chart.
what is interesting is that the government has to think carefully of this as the closure of the payday lending industry will lead to a loss of 2000 jobs and possibly moree. ( national financial services industry).
I was in a similar position sometime ago with the henry tax reform and MMS , waited to buy until clarity was obtained , missed an intial rise , but was more secure.
I regard the sell off as " sell now and ask questions later" , will wait to buy more as clarity is obtained.
anyways , you are right in saying this COULD turn out to be a buying opp of a lifetime.
