Highly likely that these funds will jump back in after a rally, don't know if these firms encourage a performance based culture or perhaps they don't measure performance in the traditional sense. Surely it was a time to the opposite of what they did. There's was a consensus that BTR was at a massive discount while it was trading at 1.20-1.50 range. Operationally BTR has progressed substantially since then.
Bring on the pending news and let the good times roll.
