Look at the yearly chart and see what you reckon. Personally, I think we've seen the big 'fear' reaction this morning. I reckon bailout v2 will be passed this week and we'll see a short-term return of confidence before it all unravels again.

So I think sub 32 (which it may make a run at again this afternoon) is good value, but it has to be underlined that buying on a gap down like this can be a risky strategy. A trading plan and stops are a must, I reckon.
